Shaklee Water Pitcher is Convenient

I would like to review on something that is unrelated to supplement and slightly related to beauty care. It's one of the "must have" elements to maintain the glow in your face and it works together with your supplements as well. That is, water . Yes, plain water. Like I said previously, we really need water for our organs to work, for digestion, and for easy absorption of the supplements that you swallowed and of course moist and glowing face.

My secret weapon for a healthy skin

Again, sorry for being a way for a long time. I was busy with university's stuff on assignments, events, presentation and public speaking. This semester, I needed to strive because I did bad for last semester. So yeah, was busy correcting my past result.

With all that, pimples/acnes started to grow, face started to get oily, it started with food, stress and during Chinese New Year, I started to try an unknown beauty product (collagen). I manage to finish up 2 boxes with 20 sachets each. After 2 months, my face started to get oily and pimples pop up like popcorns. So I decided to consume Shaklee Sustain Released Vita-C and Shaklee Vita-E Complex. Then, apply Shaklee Herbal Blend Multi-purpose Cream on the acnes so that it dry and easier to heal.

Beside consuming and use Shaklee products, I use The Face Shop (TFS) facial care from facial wash to sunblock. TFS has wide range of skincare products but the one I like is the Green Tea and Herb Day Peach. They are my secret weapon for my glowing skin. I realised after almost 2 months consuming vitamin c and vitamin e and use TFS facial care, my face glows day by day, if you know what I meant. The radiant just showed.

I guess this was my most confident look. My recent skin texture and radiant.

My secret weapons (the external)

1. Green Tea Oil Free Toner - It is alcohol free, so you dont need to use cotton pad, so you just need to pour a little bit and tap it on your face.  (This is to close your pore because you wash your face with facial wash, the pore of your face will open, to clean up the dirt on your pore)
2. Green Tea Waterfull Serum - After the toner, you need to apply serum to hydrate and soften your skin. Also, to radiate your skin. It is quickly absorb and not sticky. 
3. Green Tea Waterfull Emulsion - Apply on this is to maintain the moist of your face and keep your face refreshing. 
4. Sebum Control Moisture Sun - If you go out, you need to apply on sun block so that your face will not wrinkle fast due to ultraviolet. SPF40 is suitable enough for daily use. 
5. Shaklee Essentials Herbal Blend Multi-purpose Cream - I use this for acne corrector. That is why my acne heals without scare.

Essential to my sensitive skin 

Vitamin E is an anti-oxidant and it helps to reduce wrinkles, scars, acnes, and freckles.

Vitamin C helps to produce collagen, increase the radiant of your face and anti-aging.  

ALWAYS REMEMBER to drink a lot of water, at least 8 glasses per day. Let me share a bit what I read few days ago.

1. Drink 2 glasses early in the morning to freshen your body and helps to activate internal organs. 
2. 1 glass 30 minutes before a meal to help digestion.
3. 1 glass before taking bath to helps lower blood pressure.
4. 1 glass before going to bed to avoid stroke and heart attack.

The rest is in between. You may drink more but not too much.

An update from me

Assalamuaalaikum and Good Day Dear Readers,

Sorry for being away for such a long period. I have been very busy with assignments and exams in my university life but I won't be forgetting my beloved Shaklee's supplement . Even with my miserably hectic days, I still have the energy to go through everything. What I consumed now is Alfalfa, Herblax, Lecithin and Omegaguard (for weight maintain and omega helps my memory to remember what I studied in class and exams), B-complex (for stress free) and Vitamin C(immunisation for fever, flu,cough and skin) and Vitamin E (for the acne scar on my face).

Here's an update:

There's a different on skin texture and scar. Now, my skin texture is slightly smooth and not oily; skin colour, fairer; scar, faded and I don't put on make up to look red on my cheek, it's natural.)
As for my weight, before I'm on supplement, it's 70kg, now it's 66kg and it's not flabby. Well, I'm an eater. I eat alot and I seriously love food. With every feeling inside of me, I eat. So, blame the food for being tasty and my mouth. Even so, I'm glad that I'm still a healthy person.
